Christian brings over 15 years of experience in leasing, sales, property management, and construction management for properties within the greater East Bay office and industrial market.

 

Prior to joining Touchstone, Christian served as President of Paramount Property Company (PPC), a privately owned, full-service third-party management firm. Overseeing a portfolio consisting of over 3.5 million square feet of office and industrial properties valued at over $900 million throughout the Bay Area, Denver, and Seattle markets. He also served as the Director of Leasing and Asset Manager for Clinton Reilly Holdings from October 2010 to July 2015. During his tenure, he reduced portfolio vacancy from 27% to 1% in just 18 months by developing and implementing effective leasing strategies. A portfolio consisting of approximately 400,000 square feet of office, retail, and industrial assets of which he completed over 175,000 sf of leasing.
