Ethan Mann is an ambitious commercial real estate professional specializing in San Francisco sales, leasing, and advisory services. He has been the lead on transactions spanning the leasing of industrial assets in the South of Market district, tenant representation for established technology companies, sales of mixed-use assets, as well as acquisition advisory and joint venture structuring. Ethan attended the University of Wisconsin–Madison’s School of Business, where he studied Business with a focus on Real Estate & Urban Land Economics. A San Francisco native, Ethan attended St. Ignatius College Prep, where he played football and was a 1st Team All-WCAL & All-Metro San Francisco defensive end. Today, he combines his expertise, deep connection to the city, and relentless attitude to help clients succeed in the real estate market.
