Rob Alvarez is a commercial investment sales and leasing agent at Touchstone Commercial Partners, specializing in Marin and the North Bay. He advises owners and tenants on leasing and sales across restaurants, retail, hospitality, and general commercial real estate.

Rob grew up in Marin and works alongside fellow local expert Jaron Eliopoulos (also a Marin native). Together, they bring firsthand knowledge of neighborhood trends, location fit, and which corridors are experiencing growth. For clients, that translates into guidance on real estate characteristics shaped by years of living here. 

Before entering commercial real estate, Rob led product marketing, brand strategy, and go-to-market initiatives for growth-focused tech companies. This background gives him a deep understanding of how brands grow and what it takes to support a strong business.

Rob holds an MBA in Finance from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from San Francisco State University.
